Dance Training
Introduction
We are proud to offer the finest tradition and technique to our dancers by training them in the Vaganova/Bolshoi style. With our approach to training, we ensure:
- Development of outstanding athletic abilities in classical ballet dancers.
- Preservation of an important traditional artistic style.
- Students learn traditions and techniques of Classical Ballet that have been passed down uninterrupted from generation to generation.

Costs
ABC I: Professional dancers: ABC provides classes for free
ABC II: Apprentice dancers: 20,500 Yen/month (6 classes per week)
ABC III: Ensemble dancers: 30,500 Yen/month (6 classes per week)
10 Class Card: 22,000 Yen (10 classes to be used within 2 months from date of purchase)
Single Class: 2,500 Yen
There is no membership fee.
We bring international guest teachers of the highest caliber to work with our company every year. Recently we were lucky to have Lynne Charles (Hamburg Ballet), Jennifer Goube (Paris Opera Ballet), as well as Harald Uwe Kern (Louisville Ballet) for our annual summer workshop work with ABC.

Harald Uwe Kern (Louisville Ballet, Ballet Master)
Mr. Kern has performed as a soloist and principal dancer with the Vienna State Opera Ballet, Basel Ballet (Switzerland), the Joffrey Ballet (New York) and with Ballet Internationale (Indianapolis). Under the guidance of Mrs. Kolpakova and Mr. Semyonov he also became a teacher and coach for the Academy and the company of Ballet Internationale.
